Surprisingly decent action B-flick about a detective named Kicks Carter. He's not out for a simple bust or two; he wants to take down the whole organization, ya dig? Brisk pacing, some great locations and a few stunts keep this one going, I'm going to go ahead and give it Two & 3/4 Pinewoods, a decent and watchable b-flick...The Horror!!
