The '78 tour, one of the more fascinating tours of their
career, it almost didn't even happen. When it did, most
stops were pasted together on the fly as Jagger dealt
with trying to promote Some Girls somehow, and Keef
and his problems in Canada still not completely resolved.
This 3rd show of the tour is a great show in a small venue
presented in an excellent soundboard. The show was
slapped together the same day and tickets were only
sold in head shops, hotels and bars to 3,500 seats.
A sign was hung outside the theater saying "closed for
rennovations" a cosmic metaphor of sorts....The Horror!!
