ALICE COOPER TRIBUTE! - We ain't done YET ya dig? Revisiting a little something called "THE ALICE COOPER SHOW" Alice's first live album, released in 1977 w/songs from a show in LAS VEGAS the same year....THE HORROR!!
Pretty cool cover but it's all downhill from there.
Reviews were not kind and all for good reasons.
I do own this but honestly can't remember the
last time I put it on, at least a decade...The Horror!!

RARE EARTH 1973! - "Willie Remembers" came after the slightly disjointed One World album and before they brought in Norman Whitfield for 'Ma' It's the only Rare Earth album never digitized....THE HORROR!!
The first Rare Earth album of all originals and it
bombed big time. One of those rare instances
where the single (Good Time Sally) did not
help the sale of the album. Unfairly dissed for
having weak songs, this is a band at their
peak, dealing with their headaches and
jammin' away, trying to put the music first.

ALICE COOPER TRIBUTE! - Taking a look at the Official Live Albums in Alice's catalog and in particular for this post "A FISTFUL OF ALICE," ya dig me? 1997 Album from a show in Cabo 1996....THE HORROR!!
Technically speaking The Coop has 10 live albums.
However, we can immediately throw out several
as being same material repackaged under other
names. A couple of meaningless imports and
what we're left with is this, Brutally Live,
and The Alice Cooper Show as the 3 official
live albums worth having in your collection.
You may also consider hunting down the
Deluxe version of BDB which the 2nd disc
is an entire BDB show at the Forum.
This surprising show in Cabo '96 (also released
under that title) catches Alice and his crack team
of heavy metalers doing great justice to Alice
tunes. The album received mixed to negative
reviews but we say there's more there....The Horror!!
