Peeeeee-Uuuuuu, somebody smell something around here?
Took a 3.99 HD gamble on this one, looked very 
promising but oh boy, bad beyond bad from several
standpoints but most of all this thing is dead in the
water from the get-go with three great stars who
just flat-out don't connect, no chemistry, zip.
Using my Palm Springs Rating System of course,
Trapped In Paradise had me feeling like I was
trapped in hell and gets a special honor, the
Half A Palm Tree Hanging From A Crane award.

GHOST OF BOOTLEGS PAST! - THE 2 STRANGEST LED ZEPPELIN VINYL BOOTS IN ALL OF BOOT HISTORY

If you've never experienced the horror known as "Sin
City Social" then have a couple hearty gulps of egg-
nog to get you prepared for what has to be the
strangest vinyl boot to ever come down the pike.
It is widely agreed the person who compiled this
horror was probably on LSD as he puts strange
noises between tracks and then decides to stick
an Alice Cooper outtake on the end...The Horror!

'NOTHING LIKE THE HOLIDAYS!' - 2008 INDIE DRAMA FEATURES TOP ACTORS IN A HORRIFIC STORY

Not a bad one, first time seeing it. Another "let's get the
dysfunctional family members together so they can 
dump baggage on each other" type flick. Some top 
notch actors in this one including Alfred Molina and
John Leguizamo but still doesn't really save the day.
Using my Palm Springs Rating System, I give this
Xmas movie Two Simple Solid Palm Trees....The Horror
Is it my imagination or does the stomach look smaller?
The Horror I say, who doesn't like Luis Guzman rite?
All he has to do is walk on set and the fun begins.

you just gotta love ozzy,I had been up to Newcastle a couple of weeks earlier to see this tour and by the time they got down to us in London they really had nailed it.this was the first time we had seen jake e lee and he really was a bit special..ozzy throughout his career has always found great guitarists and jake was no exception...... sometimes when I listen back to my recordings there will be a show where the recording came out near perfect (for an audience recording) and this is one of them,i must of been in the perfect spot because this is rather good and considering I was only using a standard Walkman with external mic I am quite pleased with it..... enjoy ed

JOHN HIATT IS 'WARMING UP TO THE ICE AGE'! - 1985 LP HIS LAST B4 TURNING SOBER - THE HORROR!

More great memories of seeing this guy back in the day,
he used to play in the backroom at McCabes a lot
doing acoustic shows w just guitar and piano.
Sure wish I'd taped one of those! Anyways, before
getting sober and settling down with a family
and all that jazz, there was this John Hiatt.
Angrier, edgier and more passionate, this
album contains some of his very best songs.
Unfortunately the album suffers a bit at the
same time with it's Linn drums programming
and 84-ish production....The Horror!!
